About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Engineering Team Lead to join our Professional Services group.
In this role, you’ll lead a small team of data engineers and work directly with global customers to design, build, and deliver advanced analytics and BI solutions.
If you’re a technically strong data engineer with leadership experience and a passion for solving business problems through data — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

– Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
– Lead and mentor a small team of professional services data engineers
– Design and implement data pipelines, schemas, and analytical models (AI and BI solutions)
– Manage ETL processes, reporting, queries, and data analysis
– Ensure delivery excellence and solution quality for global Life Science customers
– Solve complex data and technical challenges in dynamic environments

Requirements:

– 5–8 years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer or Team Lead
– Proven experience leading analytics or data engineering projects for external (international) customers – a must
– Strong SQL development and data modeling skills
– Hands-on experience with large-scale data warehouse and BI environments
– Solid ETL development experience and familiarity with complex datasets
– Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach
– Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have:

– Experience with Redshift / Postgres or Azure Synapse
– Familiarity with AWS / Azure environments
– Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
– Background in Life Science / Pharma analytics

Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated senior QA engineer, to join our R&D team that develops a platform for development and delivery of Advanced Analytic solutions to large international Life Science customers.

If you have at least 5 years of experience with a focus on strong test planning and execution skills, and want to play a significant role in a growing company delivering AI-driven solutions – this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continue development of the company’s QA process and infrastructure.
  • Hands-on testing of the system end-to-end, including development and maintenance of automated tests.
  • Close work with developers in an agile team and with professional services to ensure a successful and high-quality deployment of the product versions and features.

We are looking for an outstanding Sales leader with a passion for delivering transformational change to commercial growth. This is a high-impact role in a “hyper-growth” entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for navigating a highly networked (“incestuous”) market where long-term relationships and technical credibility are the keys to closing complex, multi-million dollar SaaS contracts.

The VP of Sales will manage everything from high-level strategic planning to the daily activities of the sales team and the management of Tier-1 global pharmaceutical clients. You are expected to have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market and competitive products, to an be excellent communicator with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals. Ultimately, you will work with leaders across our team to ensure our organization hits our sales and revenue goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue goals by building and managing a pipeline of high-value sales opportunities from qualification to close and develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Market Navigation: Leverage deep industry connections to navigate complex stakeholder maps (Brand Leads, Commercial Ops, IT, and Procurement) within large and SMB Pharma companies.
  • Consultative Selling: Translate the technical complexity of AI/ML data ingestion into clear business value and “Brand Optimization” for clients.
  • Partnership & Scale: Build scale through major strategic partnerships and work closely with senior management to identify new market entries.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales staff, fostering a culture of motivation and excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop sales plans, manage budgets, and use CRM tools to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure a continuous feedback loop between market needs and product evolution.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years as a VP/Director of Sales/BD specifically selling SaaS solutions into Commercial Pharma organizations.
  • Vertical Expertise: Previous experience in Pharma sales is required, with a deep understanding of the “incestuous” nature of the industry and how to maintain a stellar reputation within it.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with Analytics solution implementations and the ability to discuss AI/ML concepts (data orchestration, predictive modeling) with technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic Mindset: Great strategic planning and creative thinking skills; ability to pivot in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve aggressive goals. Experience operating in a hyper-growth/entrepreneurial environment
  • Education: A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.

 

Location & Travel

  • Location: North East Region (NJ/NY/PA Pharma Corridor) preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with key stakeholders at major Pharma hubs.
