We are looking for a talented and motivated Director / Senior Director, Product & Engagement Lead, to join our team that that develops and delivers AI & Advanced Analytics solutions to large international Life Science customers.

Key Responsibilities:
· Join the Verix Product leadership team and contribute to the company strategy in areas such as product roadmap, evolving current offerings, value proposition, and commercial strategy and go to market, etc.
· Contribute to exploring/selecting/developing new offerings by consolidating internal and external perspectives
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and client relationships
· Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high quality engagements within timeline and budget
· Guide technical teams in designing and building comprehensive data analysis, ML/ AI/ statistical analyses, that provide actionable business insights to our clients
· Structure and develop client deliverables including “telling the story” with supporting data and analysis
· Drive prospecting and business development within key accounts by leveraging current experience and building new relationships
· Collaborate closely with other Verix team members to drive overall client and practice growth
· Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects
· Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, consulting capabilities, and offerings within the Verix
· Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD required with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework (life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, operations research, statistics or relevant fields);
· Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting, professional services or technology services or platforms related to life sciences and bioinformatics services;
· Proficient in biopharmaceutical commercial datasets (APLD, Rx, Non Retail, Affiliations, etc.)
· Superior verbal and written communication, organization, analytic, planning and leadership skills
· Thorough understanding of client business concerns to oversee translation into technical inputs
· Demonstrated experience driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects
· A willingness to travel within the US and internationally to meet client needs
