Doron Aspitz
President & CEO
Doron was previously co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Blue Pumpkin Software, a leading workforce management solutions company. Blue Pumpkin received numerous industry accolades for transforming the way companies manage employees and improve their customers’ experience. Call Center Magazine awarded Doron with their “Pioneer of the Year” award as a tribute to his industry contributions. Doron drove Blue Pumpkin to achieve strong profitability and growth during difficult times and led the company to a very successful acquisition by Witness Systems (NASDAQ: WITS) in 2005.
Prior to founding Blue Pumpkin, Doron held global business and senior technical management positions at Tandem Corporation and IBM. Doron holds a Masters in MIS and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics, both from the Tel Aviv University.
Tanya Abarbanel
COO & Head of R&D
Tanya Abarbanel has been with Verix since its early startup days. She comes with 15 years of experience and a proven track record of success, in software development and product management. At Verix, Tanya orchestrates R&D and Professional Services operations to ensure Verix’s solutions continue to deliver exceptional business value to our customers.
Prior to Verix, Tanya served in senior R&D and Product Management roles at Amdocs, where she gained experience with large-scale solutions for Tier 1 Telecommunications customers.
PETE HARBIN
SVP Commercial Strategy & Industry Solutions
Pete most recently worked for Deloitte Consulting, as a Managing Director in their Information Management and Commercial Analytics practice. He has also served as Vice President of Commercial Cloud Strategy at Veeva Systems, General Manager of Information Management and Business Intelligence at IMS Health (IQVIA), Senior Vice President of Industry Solutions at Skura Corporation, and Director of Commercial Operations at Boehringer Ingelheim.
Pete has worked with over 100 Life Science companies throughout his career, across 36 countries.
Jennifer Robin
VP NA Sales
Jennifer is an accomplished executive leader with more than 20 years of successful commercial experience in pharmaceutical data informatics, marketing, and market research. At Verix, Jennifer is responsible for sales and business development in the U.S and Canada. Jennifer was recruited to Verix from ZappRx, a digital health company, where she led commercial development strategy and execution from pre-revenue through its successful acquisition by Allscripts in June of 2019.
Prior to startup life, Jennifer served in a number of strategic roles for well-established companies such as J. Knipper and Company, SDI Health, NDC (Symphony), and IMS (IQVIA). She has built trusted relationships with agencies and media companies on behalf of pharmaceutical clients and consulted to optimize sales, marketing and market research efforts, including opinion leader identification, payer influence and social analytics.
Jennifer earned her BS in Psychology from Temple University and the George Washington University.
Paz Holender
VP Product
Paz is an experienced executive with a track record in designing and developing technologies that successfully address critical business challenges. Passionate about data, AI and the combination of human intelligence with machine learning algorithms, Paz is well positioned to lead product innovation within Verix.
Paz joins Verix after a long tenure at Optimove’s management team in several key positions. Optimove delivers a Customer Data Platform that autonomously transforms customers’ data into actionable insights.
Paz holds an MBA with honors from the College of Management Academic Studies, Israel, and a BSc with honors in Computer Science & Management from the Open University of Israel. He’s a natural problem solver, honed by years as a professional chess player.
Gili Keshet
VP Marketing
A marketing veteran with over 20 years in hi tech marketing, strategic planning, and business development. Gili was the founder and principal consultant at Collage Marketing, a strategic marketing consulting firm that helped dozens of hi-tech companies shape their strategy, develop new markets, and acquire key account. Prior to Collage Marketing Gili served in leadership positions at Apple Computer, Digital Equipment, and MIPS Computer Systems.
At Verix Gili is in charge of marketing strategy and business development with strategic partners to maximize the business value for our customers.
Gili earned her B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, Israel and an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School Of Business in California
Guy Goldberg
VP of Customer Success and Commercial Ops Business Development
Guy has 15 years of professional experience, focusing on strategy, operations, technology, BI & Analytics aspects of sales operations and business transformation for Fortune500 companies.
Guy worked as a Management Consultant for EY’s Advisory group for many years across many industries and customers: the Pharma Industry (Merck, Otsuka), Consumer Goods (UPS, TE Connectivity), Financial Services (Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo) and Media & Entertainment (Disney) before appointed as a VP of Operations in a Cybersecurity and Data Governance Software company in NYC.
Guy joined Verix as VP of Customer Success to support Bayer, GSK, Roche and others customers in their customer journey from strategy to execution, develops performance metrics & KPIs, improves their business processes, implements Verix solutions and technologies and drives substantial change across the organization.
Shahar Cohen
Head of AI Lab
Shahar is a Data science researcher with 20 years of experience in starting and leading complex data ventures. He co-founded two AI / Machine learning startups: Optimove and YellowRoad, and worked as a consultant and hands-on service provider with more than 50 organizations, in a variety of domains: NLP, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Classic Supervised & Unsupervised Learning and in many verticals.
Shahar holds a Ph.D in Industrial Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University
Shahar leads our AI Lab, mentoring and managing our research efforts end to end.

Yorgen H. Edholm
In 1989, Mr. Edholm co-founded Brio Software. During his 12 years as Brio’s CEO, Yorgen built the company into a software leader with $150 million in annual revenue, over 700 employees and a customer base of more than 5,000. He served as Chairman of Brio until 2003, when the company was acquired by Hyperion.

Mr. Segev has also been the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of various other companies, including Attunity, and was a partner at Ernst & Young.
