Doron Aspitz, President & CEO

Doron Aspitz is a visionary and seasoned executive, with over 20 years of technical and business management experience in growing technology companies in dynamic markets. Doron specializes in building and expanding early-stage companies with a customer-centric approach.

Doron was previously co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Blue Pumpkin Software, a leading workforce management solutions company. Blue Pumpkin received numerous industry accolades for transforming the way companies manage employees and improve their customers’ experience. Call Center Magazine awarded Doron with their “Pioneer of the Year” award as a tribute to his industry contributions. Doron drove Blue Pumpkin to achieve strong profitability and growth during difficult times and led the company to a very successful acquisition by Witness Systems (NASDAQ: WITS) in 2005. Prior to founding Blue Pumpkin, Doron held global business and senior technical management positions at Tandem Corporation and IBM. Doron holds a Masters in MIS and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics, both from the Tel Aviv University.

Haggay Tsaban, Co-Founder and Vice President R&D

Haggay Tsaban is one of Verix’s co-founders and has been with the company since its inception. Haggay brings to the company his vast experience in business intelligence and analytics of very large data sets. His hands-on management style ensures that all Verix deployments deliver outstanding business benefits to our customers. Over the course of his career, Haggay has built and implemented sophisticated Analytics, Data Warehouse, Performance Management, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for global corporations across industries, including Life Sciences, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Telecommunications and Financial Services. Haggay’s previous experience includes senior roles in the enterprise as well as strategic consulting firms EDS and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Tanya Abarbanel, Vice President Product and Marketing

Tanya Abarbanel has been with Verix since its early startup days. She comes with 15 years of experience and a proven track record of success, in software development and product management. At Verix, Tanya is responsible for driving product direction, roadmap and development to ensure Verix’s solutions continue to deliver exceptional business value to our customers.

Prior to Verix, Tanya served in senior R&D and Product Management roles at Amdocs, where she gained experience with large-scale solutions for Tier 1 Telecommunications customers.

Nick Randazzo is a seasoned life sciences industry executive with over 20 years of experience leading and growing businesses across the healthcare continuum. Nick specializes in leading growth oriented companies in their quest to become the dominant provider within their market segments. Nick has a proven track record of success supporting the growth of organizations focusing on pharmaceutical and medical device markets. Before joining Verix, Nick was Vice President of PHT, the leading provider of patient focused clinical outcomes software. Previous experience included positions of responsibility at CR Bard and Wyeth Laboratories.

Amir Ashiri, Co-Founder

Amir Ashiri co-founded Verix with Haggay Tsaban, Vice President of Professional Services. Amir’s 20+ years of experience in software development and deep expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Data Mining led him to realize that business users need a way to harness the rapidly growing amount of data within the enterprise. Amir founded Verix with the goal of enabling business users to spend less time dissecting data and more time acting on strategies. His expertise in building and managing some of the world’s largest Business Intelligence implementations served as a valuable touchstone for the company’s product design.

Prior to founding Verix, Amir worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he managed large data warehouses and Business Intelligence implementations for global companies.
