Doron Aspitz, President & CEO

Doron Aspitz

 

Doron Aspitz is a visionary and seasoned executive, with over 20 years of technical and business management experience in growing technology companies in dynamic markets. Doron specializes in building and expanding early-stage companies with a customer-centric approach.

Doron was previously co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Blue Pumpkin Software, a leading workforce management solutions company. Blue Pumpkin received numerous industry accolades for transforming the way companies manage employees and improve their customers’ experience. Call Center Magazine awarded Doron with their “Pioneer of the Year” award as a tribute to his industry contributions. Doron drove Blue Pumpkin to achieve strong profitability and growth during difficult times and led the company to a very successful acquisition by Witness Systems (NASDAQ: WITS) in 2005. Prior to founding Blue Pumpkin, Doron held global business and senior technical management positions at Tandem Corporation and IBM. Doron holds a Masters in MIS and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics, both from the Tel Aviv University.

Yorgen H. Edholm

Mr. Edholm is a Silicon Valley veteran with nearly 25 years of enterprise software experience. He currently serves as President and CEO of Accellion, Inc., a privately-held developer of secure file transfer solutions, which he joined in 2003. Previously, he served as President and CEO of DecisionPoint Applications, an analytical applications company. In 1989, Mr. Edholm co-founded Brio Software. During his 12 years as Brio’s CEO, Yorgen built the company into a software leader with $150 million in annual revenue, over 700 employees and a customer base of more than 5,000. He served as Chairman of Brio until 2003, when the company was acquired by Hyperion.

Guy Peri

Mr. Peri’s career has spanned a variety of assignments including Marketing, International Sales & Operations, Supply Chain and Global R&D. As Vice President of Information Technology at Procter & Gamble, he has 18 years of experience at P&G across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He currently leads the development and implementation of P&G Enterprise Data strategy and led P&G’s program to digitize its innovation value stream along with leading the company’s innovation, supply chain, and marketing systems shared service organization. Mr. Peri has a track record of delivering major transformation programs, managing annual operating budgets in excess of $100 million, leading large organizations (400+ people) and interacting with senior business leaders to board level.

Duncan has over 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical business with Beecham Inc, Berlex Laboratories, Schering Ag and Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals. Prior to announcing his retirement, he was a member of the Executive Committee responsible for managing the US pharmaceutical business for Bayer. As Vice President Business Intelligence, Development and Innovation, he led centers of excellence in functions that support sales and marketing, business development and strategy for all pharmaceutical brands in the USA. Duncan Lamb holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

Mark Degatano

Mark Degatano has over 30 years of operations experience in the pharma industry and is passionate about driving evidence-based commercialization initiatives that help pharma companies improve healthcare. His extensive career spans the client and supply side and he is widely recognized for his market insight, strategic expertise, data analytics, and ability to develop and deliver innovative data-based solutions. As Vice President of Customer Insights at Merck, he directed the market research, business analytics, and sales force analytics teams with total of over 140 employees, $80M data and research budget, supporting sales of $10B and 5,000 reps. Since leaving Merck, he has built and commercialized new lab data-based solutions as SVP, Analytics & Pharma Solutions while at Medivo. Previously, he was Chief Strategy Officer at ImpactRx and was a key member of the Symphony Technology team responsible for acquiring Source Health Analytics from Wolter’s Kluwer Health and creating Symphony Health Solutions.
Mark has a BA in Mathematics and MA in Statistics, both from Boston University.
